Recognising the international appetite for Swiss cheese, our CEO Stefan Wolfensberger  and Co-Founder Thomas Hinz felt inspired to establish Real Swiss Cheese GmbH in 2014. The mission was clear: making top-tier Swiss cheese accessible to a broader audience abroad at compelling prices. Today, the operation spans worldwide, serving wholesalers, retailers, hotels and restaurants, all in the pursuit of sharing the joy of Swiss cheese. RSC remains committed to sourcing its products exclusively from esteemed regional Swiss cheesemakers, fostering sustainable and enduring partnerships that hold the essence of quality and tradition.

Additionally to our core team in Switzerland, RSC has local Sales representatives for the Nordic countries, Spain and Australia to provide our customers a nearby contact person and personal services.

Additionally, all our partner dairies hold IFS certification or similar. Most are exceeding established quality and standards benchmarks. 

All our producers hold a commitment to tradition and a dedication to innovation. They continuously refine their methods to achieve unparalleled quality and taste. 

Lastly, the meticulous attention to detail in every production stage, from sourcing the finest local milk to ageing the cheese to perfection, underscores the unmatched standard of excellence that defines Swiss cheese.
